CEO - Elizabeth Baffoe
A dedicated and committed public officer who has over three decades of active service in the Ghana Immigration Service.
Born on the 3rd of March, 1950, she is a retired Assistant Director of Immigration in charge of Commonwealth/ African Section H/Q from October 2007 to March 2010.
She also held the position of Assistant Director and Officer-in- Charge (OIC) Kotoka International Airport, Accra, Ghana and was the Second –in- Command (2IC), Kotoka International Airport control, Accra, Ghana from April 2006 – October 2007 and May 2005-April 2006 respectively.
Other positions she has held includes Sector Commander of the Aflao Border Post and a lecturer at the Ghana Immigration Training School, Assin-Fosu among others.
Various courses of professional development include a Workshop on Illegal migration, Spanish General Commissariat of Aliens and Documentation, Madrid, Spain, National Conference on Small Arms and a Seminar on Border Security and Management.
Others include Workshop on Passport Fraud Analysis-New York, USA, Regional Workshop for Uniformed Personnel on HIV/AIDS among others.
She holds a Masters Degree in Leadership and Governance from GIMPA, Accra, Ghana with a thesis on Human Trafficking and National Security in 2006and a Certificate in Women in Management middle and supervisory levels from GIMPA.
She holds a diploma in Social Sciences and in Journalism from the Cuban Institute of Patriots, Cuba and the Ghana Institute of Journalism respectively. She also holds a certificate in Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing from the Ghana Institute of Journalism
She also holds a Commonwealth Diploma in Youth In Development from the University of Ghana, Legon.
Director - Rex-Anthony Annan
A strategic communications professional with over a decade of experience in media, advertising and public relations. He adds a rich wealth of knowledge in the area of client management, quality assurance which guaranties delivery of optimum services.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English & Marketing, Diploma in Communication Studies and is an accredited member of the Institute of Public Relations, Ghana.
Director - Samuel Annor Aboagye
Mr. Aboagye holds a bachelors of Science degree in General Education from the University of Cape-Coast in Ghana and a diploma in Computer Science from University of Bremen.
He also holds a Diploma in Certified German for Foreigners from the University of Bremen.
Mr aboagye has worked extensively in the following areas: Negotiator and counselor in maritime affairs concerning stowaways, consultant for foreign affairs with emphasis on west Africa and many more.
1983 – 1993 : Carl Duisberg Gesellschaft (Carl Duisberg Foundation) in Bremen, organising activities to help the scholarship holders of the foundation to settle and integrate into their new community and culture during the period of their stay in Germany while in Bremen.
1985 – 1994 : Camp America – counselling, organising and caring for children between the ages of 6 and 18 in USA-summer camps, and as a representative recruiting potential overseas counsellors.

The work with the international group of P & I Clubs (Protection and Indemnity Clubs) which includes identifying, counselling, repatriation and caring for stowaways around the world has included working closely and together with Immigration officials in and outside Germany.
